I wasn't sure whether I should c/r the flop, I have c/r him 3 times before and he folded everytime so I thought that his calling range was quite strong, I lead the turn because he hardly ever 2 barrels like I said and then called the shove because I thought there was quite a lot of draws out and although he probably has me beat a lot I felt priced in.Should I have c/r the flop vs this villain? and if so what to?is it a good plan to lead the turn here when he is not often 2 barreling? and again what size should I have done it to?as played are you calling the shove on the turn?
Shoving the flop and expecting to get called by worse a lot.
I´d probably just get it in on the flop. He can put you on a lot of draws, he thinks that you are c/r pretty often and he will call you off with a lot of worse hands. As played, I really dont like your turn donk bet. Even if he isnt 2barreling that much, there is no reason to bet out. Your hand isnt very vulnerable and you arent repping much air. No reason to protect in my opinion. Even if he isnt barreling often on the turn, you will still give him the chance to bluff some combinations that he is going to fold if you donk out.
I like check raising the flop as well, Q2-Q8 will stack off, Tx is also calling a check raise a very hi % of the time. If he has folded to 3 out of 3 flop check raises over the past few hands, he is likely to play back at your 4th check raise some % of the time as well.
