Hi Barrin,The PokerStars offer should work for PokerStars.FR too I believe. I'll double check though (I think it redirects .FR area players to .FR or downloads the .FR client during signup instead, same for Belgium or Italy).
Sorry they got back to us overnight. You can sign up for PokerStars.fr if you are a french citizen under our offers. For non French citizens, you can sign up on PokerStars.fr, but you won't be covered under our affiliate/sign up offers (nor any other site's, PokerStars doesn't credit affiliates for non french players signing up on .FR). I left a message with xSCWx to post a link in this thread for French players so they know how to sign up under our free membership offers.
Must be one of the perks of having such a large business then.In any case, anybody that is signed up through husng.com on PokerStars.com, if you decide you want to play on PokerStars.fr, we'll extend the same rewards we give for PokerStars.com to you for your .Fr play, even if we don't receive any credit for your play there. It's 300 VPPs during any single month for a month standard membership, and 1200 VPPs for premium. If .FR doesn't use the same VPP/base FPP system, we'll just use the equivalent rake paid (I believe it's $55 in paid rake for the standard membership, $220 in paid rake for the premium, or there about). So don't worry .FR guys, we'll take care of you too.
French players can sign up through: http://www.pokerstars.fr/?source=10403699Non French players, you can just sign up to pokerstars.fr on your own. If you signed up to pokerstars.com through husng.com, just send an email to membership@husng.com letting us know that you're going to play on .fr in the future and let us know your user name.Let me know if there are any questions about any of this.On that note, let us hope that the French government comes to their senses and embraces a universal playerpool, with less restriction and taxation that is being transferred onto players.

You should check your contacts at Pokerstars.FR. There are plenty of non-french citizen which are tracked over pokerstrategy.com on pokerstars.fr.
