Adding tables hypers

So I am still pretty new at these only like 2k games about two months in after buying chadders video pack.  I started at the 8's and played about 500 games with a 4 percent roi and switched to the 16's and have about 1500 games at about 2.5 percent roi.  I have mostly been 1 tabling unless the same player wants to two table.  My question is when I add two tables I do feel a little rushed.  So I have been thinking as I have two options jump to the 28's continue to 1 table or stay at the 16's and learn to multitable and then move up.  In one sense I feel if I learn to one table and move up the ladder I will learn to play much more profitable and as I play more and more games each decision will become much easier, making it easier to transition into multitalbeing.  Or the other option I see is learn to how to multitable correctly agaist players where I will have a bigger edge on at the lower stakes and then move up from there.I feel the multi tabling is probally more to do with still learning the game as I can still play 9, 18 mans and load up 20 and not have any issues, but the hu game takes much more attention and adjusting. Thanks for your time in reading looking forward to your response.

nice

Hi raine72, nice stats.regarding the issue you're having there's plenty of reading as HookieGreg wrote about this :   tmle09: How do I balance college (I actually want to do well in college) with poker/gym/social life/family?  I usually get around 150-200ish game a month when I'm in college, which kind of sucks because I don't really make much money.  Should I start multitabling?Hokie: Multi-tabling seems like a decent answer for you, since you don't have a lot of extra time to devote to poker. Just make sure you understand that multi-tabling is a skill. It is unrealistic to expect yourself to add another table and just go about your business like nothing has changed. A lot of students I work with will tell me that they "suck at multi-tabling." They likely never approached multi-tabling as a skill and worked on improving it.To improve your multi-tabling:Once you are feeling good in your session, add a 2nd table. Continue with 2 tables until you find yourself beginning to struggle mentally. Allow yourself to struggle for a while, challenge yourself to improve, if you find yourself struggling too much then stop. Drop back to 1 table and finish your session. Afterwards, take some notes and analyze how you reacted when you began struggling 2 tabling. How long were you able to 2 table? What caused you to lose focus? You are basically creating a mental game sample size to analyze your ability to 2 table. Find the point where you begin to struggle. Maybe that is on average about 40 minutes into 2 tabling. Stick with that point. Continue to analyze and work on improving. Build more mental muscle and you will get stronger. Increase your 2 tabling sessions another 15 minutes, see how that goes, analyze/reevaluate. Continue that process and you will eventually find yourself 2 tabling throughout your entire session without any real problems.Cheers!

Two or multitabling is pretty

Two or multitabling is pretty much a skill that can be mastered the same way you master one tabling: by a practice. But even to venture into two tables HU you obviously have to be very skilled at 1 tabling, which means quickly adjusting to your opponent and quickly define his/her playstyle. Once you face multiple opponents HU, you must develop reads and adopt to each one accordingly. Once you feel ready, try opening two tables and playing a short game, review your results afterwards. If you notice you miss a lot way to often (like not seeing that a villain folds to your pfr 99% oop, and not adjusting accordingly), move down a few stakes and try practising some more in games where you wont lose much money. Or just switch back to 1 tabling until you master it. :)
