Can anyone of the big boys

Can anyone of the big boys explain me why mtvdeuem limps 22? Is this his personal style (limping a lot like Cog did) or was he getting 3-betted so much (but I suppose if luridabeee 3-bets much mtvdeuem can 4-bet shove 22 easily).I basically autoraise every pocket pair this deep, and I just want to check if I think to onedimensional about the game

I don't like it, 22 is a good

@crstn I don't like it, 22 is a good hand for minr/folding at these stacks. Its a hand that relies on some preflop FE for profit. I'm unsure what mtvdeuems logic is for it, in fact I think he might not have any particular thoughts about it and really does it randomly.

Cant see why Lalex is check

Cant see why Lalex is check raiseing river the 2nd hand; just seems awfull When fisfarfar cals turn en bets river 50% i cant see fisfarfar having anyhting in his range that lalex in the first place is getting value out bu checkraising. And second it seems to me that he could even fold cause A/K high would probably be checked behind. Unless there is a special dynamic i think checkraising river is just awfull

You're giving him too much

@outs_on_the_moonYou're giving him too much credit, he is very likely just a fish and his play indeed makes no sense at all.

same thought here; I can't

@outs_on_the_moonsame thought here; I can't see any point in check-raising that river...I guess the H2Olga explanation is the way :)

More vids

I would like to see more strategy videos and less high stakes rail. It's very frustrating to wait 4 days for a new video only to see another high stakes rail. It would be more beneficial to players if you posted hands from actual coaches at HUSNG.com. That way we could grill them and get their thought process, instead of speculating what random high stakes regs were thinking with no context around the hands. Right now it seems as if high stakes rails are simply a placeholder/buffer between new videos.

Hey zachaser, I understand

Hey zachaser,I understand your frustration. The last few weeks for the videos has been slow, it has just been a bad luck period for a number of coaches with scheduling, some traveling/other obligations have hit many instructors at once and we don't expect to recover for another week.In the meantime I've been talking to another handful of professionals, mostly premium level instructors, to get some new videos and instructors on the site in the meantime. That process can take a few weeks or even months at times, depending on the player and circumstance, but we're definitely pushing for more frequent videos from even more players, so even if it's another week before we're back to an every day schedule, we should make up for the temporary slowdown in production.Once we're back on track I'm also going to look into ways to keep the schedule more steady. I haven't figured out the right solution yet, the two main hurdles are that restricting freedom for many players will realistically lead to worse video quality and more negative experiences with video making on average, and we want to avoid that. The other big hurdle is that "holding" a video will cost the same as a new video, but the longer we hold it (or a handful of videos) the lower the value to members, especially over longer periods.Thinking out loud, perhaps one solution would be purchasing an extra 10 videos one month and just back logging new release videos 7-14 days on average. That would probably allow sufficient room for 2-3 week drought periods like has been happening this month, and the opposite extreme would likely be even easier to manage. I'm willing to do that, so that may be what I look to do in April-May. One hurdle there is that there is a limited supply of quality coaches in the heads up sng market place. There's a reason why every other training site combined probably has less than 10 HUSNG coaches, and probably only one or two active $100+ level winners. Definitely encourage some of the better players you mid to higher level guys talk to to at least give video making a shot. I'm accessible and can work with your preferences (frequency, buyin level, structure, video type, length, hands on instruction to get you started, etc.).Anyways, that's probably more information than you even want to hear, but I see exactly what you're saying and have been feeling the same way the last few weeks. As for the high stakes rail, that's totally separate, a non heads up sng player goes through hands and emails them to me every day and I simply copy and paste them into a thread and post them. I pushed them to the main page so they have a larger audience, just to see the response from players. I've been avoiding news stories though because I feel it's been watered down enough as it is, without as many videos the last week or so and plenty of hand posts (which I think are fine/quick/interesting, but definitely nowhere near the value of a video). That stuff is all extra, the videos are always where a majority of the membership money and resources goes into.

I really like this

@zachaserI really like this "high-stakes-rail" series! Please, don't stop it for any reason. :)Besides, I would like to encourage more discussion and more questions (starting from myself...)

I'll be posting reguarly in

I'll be posting reguarly in this section so feel free to ask any question on the hands if you'd like to get discussion going on them.
