Call Qhi too light?/Checkraise better?

No Limit Holdem Tournament • 2 Players$14.69+$0.31Hand converted by the official HUSNG.com hand converterSBZappo85510BBHero490Effective Stacks: 25bbBlinds 10/20Pre-Flop (30, 2 players)Villain is a fish limping button 80% so far and very passive postflop.Pre- Standard check to limp.Flop- Bet to just take the pot a lot on paired board.Turn- Give up on terrible barrel card. When he checks back I put him on either A/K hi or straight draws as even fish can bet a piece here.River- Think he checks behind marginal showdown value and if he spiked A4eg he probably bets smaller. Stoved Q5o vs straight draws had 77% so obv +ev call, but we might win 100% with a checkraise. There is also the chance that our read is wrong and he can be betting some more hands that beat us ie spazz bet a/k hi or slowplay turn.Possibilities weighed what do you guys think is best here?

I like the checkcall river!!;

I like the checkcall river!!; think its very good. I see to many passive stationy player at $15 call here with lots of straightdraw combos that have no sd-value like j9,j7,96,97,76 and then  check back the turn to see if they can hit. And then when they dont hit and you check to them on the river, they figure they have no showdownvalue and try a bluf since you look weak not betting. A/K high is usually not betting river anymore. So i perceive most of villians range of busted draws and a smaller part of his range of tx and 8x (if he does not play them different).Occasionally ofcourse you do run into a tx,8x hand cause villains do the weirdest stuff at $15, but you only have to be good 60/160=37,5% of the time to make this a breakeven call and since busted draw combos probably outweigh any valuecombos i think you made a very nice call here.

I would fold to river bet.

I would fold to river bet. Especially when he is very passive post-flop. And why you think fish`s checking back range is weak SDv? i would bet my car that fish has boats in his checking back range OTT. And why on earth you consider ch/r reping nothing, to fold out better Q high hands against that kind of player?

I would 3barrel

I think this a good board to 3barrel. Fishs floats with a lot of garbage on paired boards and there´s a lot of draws. Betting half the pot on the turn and a very small bet on the river, just to take it with the smaller price on the bluff.
