Is there a video out there who covers this on hypers specifically? For different stacksizes too. Like 20-25bb deep if villain calls on BB 65-100% is loose, 45-60% is normal, anything below is tight. This is just a random example. Because i want to play around with some ranges in flopzilla and want have a general idea of what is considered tight or loose in hypers for different stacksizes.
U wanna know the perceived 'settings' or what is the question exactly? It is not important if you call a calling range of 34% tight and a calling range of 35% loose. It is important how you adjust against it and that
Hi.
It was actually two questions in one which makes it confusing 1. Yeah that was actually what i meant but thinking about it some more that doesn't make sense because obviously you can't set borders on a 1% difference so taking percentages instead makes more sense for the analysing part. 2. I was wondering based on my HUD where you set colorcoding as well for what it considered too loose or too tight. And because those numbers are more based on turbo's i wondered if the colorcoding in awesome hud is still relevant for hypers.
Well, whatever helps you freeing brain space and useing it on reading your opponent instead is "relevant".Personally, I threat it as followingOpen-Raise: >65% = AggressiveOpen-Raise: <64% = Passive-------Calling an open-raise: 1-34% = TightCalling an open-raise: >35% = LooseMeaning, if your opponent open-raise 78% and does call (or has a BBVPIP - since this considers 3bets as well) of 39% he is: Loose-Aggressive. But I do not like the 'standard strategies' I have based on this assumptions that much. I am much more interested in my notes, because the information that someone does call 27% and does 3bet 12% is just useless. I want to know if he does reshove KQs or 44 and if it balances it with shoveing a hand that would qualify for a normal value-3bet 25bb deep (AA, KK, etc. pp)
Hi.
