HELP: Security at Full Tilt

I have recently experienced what appears to be a major security breach at Full Tilt. I tried logging into my account this morning and it said the account or password info is incorrect. I have never changed this information since I created the account more than a month ago.
I received two automated emails with a temporary password but still received the same message.
 
I have since sent three emails asking for assistance and have yet to hear anything. I am quite concerned about this. I have a good deal of money on the site and now feel as if my money has been stolen. I am being ignored and I  don't know what to do here.
Is anybody else having this problem. What else can I do here?

Seems to be a wide spred

Seems to be a wide spred problem, there are lots of complains that players are haveing T$ (even tough, they should not have any), that accounts are locked down, that players got loged out while playing.

Dont send more emails about

Dont send more emails about one problem. New FT support is slow, so dont expect them to answer in first 24 hours. 
I have same issue in November, my password and temporary passwords not worked. After about 1 hour of waiting and rebooting my computer I finally logged on with my old password.
I recommend to buy security app for mobile phone from FT store to be sure you will not be hacked in future.
