I have no infomartion about my opponent ..
. I think his range  99-55, ATs +, KQ, JT, AJo +, KQo loud Equilab Vallin 52% advantage though fold quity must still compute ^ ^.

The 2nd problem is on the opponent very low staekes offt call with his range ..

Defs dont fold.  Easy 4bet

Defs dont fold.  Easy 4bet shove vs someone you know is aggro, against someone you know is really tight id flat here if i have good implied odds to flop a set and double through him if he has an overpair.  Readless im shoving here too, you cant be result orientated, ofc sometimes hes gona have u crushed but in the long run i think its the right play.  By not shoving your missing out on fold equity and getting calls the times he has hands your ahead off and willing to stack off with pre ( lower pocket pairs, ak, aq, aj etc. Most of the time your opp is gona fold here and tighten up his 3betting range vs u which will be easier to play against the rest of the match.

I think first of all you have

I think first of all you have to think why you don't have any information about him.
sure, this is the first blind level - but its for sure not the first hand of the match - is it 2nd? is it 3rd? or is it sth like 20th? You should by now have at least assumptions that he is either tight or fairly loose - agressive or passive? Unless its 2nd or 3rd hand :-)
If it is at low stakes for me it is a shove vs. any player - but more important is to feel your opponent earlier - unless like i said this was a 2nd or 3rd hand - even after 2 of his buttons you can make at least some assumptions - sure this is clearly foolish to make a solid statement about a player after 4 hands but it can sometimes help you with a decission.
Someone answered that flating is best option - well - I would rather fold than flat ;-) but I would never fold there so shove is best imho.
And I think that you forgot about TT-AA range ;)))
