At the $3 level there's no reason to give a player $200 to help you out for 1-2 hours. You'll get way more out of watching the 800+ vids in the premium pack, or watching the Chadders Hyper Pack even.
You don't even need to spend money right away if you haven't read the free mersenneary ebook (ebook tab at the top of this site) or watched the free videos (in the free poker videos forum here).
I would exhaust those free and video options before considering coaching if you're in the $3-7 levels in particular.
