It's funny, because as I'm watching the first hand river bet, I'm thinking "blocker with a hand like 2nd pair and bluffs are quite common." And that's what he had in each of the two hands.
Of course, he can also hit 2 pair or something else that beats you on the river (or rare event slowplay a strong hand), but usually they will bet larger when that happens.

I think also that they would big better if they really have a good hand. I must say I never thought a lot about this bet besides that it looks very strong. As this bet is perceived by me as very strong I asked myself if this is really the case. At my database I did not find many hands that followed the line min-raise, c-bet, c-bet turn and BB leads on the river but the one I had I noticed it is not that strong as I thought. It is a very interesting spot because it can work as a blockbet, valuebet or a bluff and it gives BB a lot of options. I really like to see how I can use it myself this bet in the future.
