I'm from usa and I play regularly at the 5-11$ stakes atm winning on merge, the traffic there isn't great usually very slow during the morning, gets better in the afternoon and late at night eastern time. The only games that are usually always running is the 1-2$ games at any time, and as far as WPN never played on it since I have a mac computer.
