The Cake Network has had massive issues with payouts. Intertops is the only place on that network that has consistently paid out. Recently, Juice Stakes, and possibly Cake, have been under new ownership and payouts have increased.
Power Poker used to be owned by Cake I thought, but I could be wrong. If they are owned by Cake, there is some evidence that Cake payouts are improving. Get with me on skype if you'd like and I can find out more details for you about the site and your expectation of payout.
My guess is that you have to wait for a while. hopefully you will get your money. I have waited since august for withdrawal from comeon, and others have been waiting since may. This is the situation on all skins except maybe intertops I think.
Pbogz is right that some Revolution skins are improving (Juicy Stakes finally, and Cake I think too, and of course Intertops is always solid).
However, other skins such as Comeon and Adameve have not been paying. It seems Power Poker may be in this category. I asked a veteran affiliate industry guy that has a lot of experience with the Cake/Revolution Network and he said:
: i don't know anything about them
: other than they are gone, which leads me to believe they aren't paying either

late 2013 I started with Hyper HU, hired a coach and started to build a bankroll and now my deposit and my winnings (250$) might not return to back to me. Than I started playing on intertops gained some money and cash out works but traffic for hyper hu is almost zero at the moment.
888 I liked playing but rake for hyper hu is higher than at revolution network and no rake back deal. Pokerstar and FullTilt I hate! (can't explain why just dont like playng there)

I would consider Black Chip/America's Cardroom (soft games, fast payments, hypers), and iPoker (we have some great deals there that makes the rake very low + they have hypers and they payout fast).

Revolution has been much better lately. Juicy stakes within 10 days. I'm sure you just have to wait a bit longer.
