This is first hand in match, so its readless. Imo T8s is good enough hand to call even bigger 3bet, it hits flops pretty well, dont you think? But because I have not many experiences with this kind of spots, I dont know what line is the best post flop. Any ideas?
Well, I wouldn't say it's standar. You are readless so I would play against the population tendencies, and on this level I think people is more passive than agressive, so I do not expect someone 3bettting you light, thats why I would fold preflop.
As played its a thought spot, but I would check bh as Im really afraid of being traped just because if villain is bluffing he woulda bet the flop...

against players 3betting that big, you should have a limping range of hands that you want to play postflop, T8s is one of those hands. but since it´s the first hand, the raise is fine.
his check smells like a set of Aces or a PP 99-KK that wants to exercise pot control. it´s questionable whether you can fold out KK with two barrels. so i am inclined to check back and give up unless i hit trips or two pair on the turn or if the turn brings me a gutshot.

Which worst hands would you call that 3bet with?
Against unknowns or potential fishes I do not call 3bet at all just because they usually 3bets non allin for value and strong ranges. As we are playing shorstack there is no sense on calling to play postflop, you can assume you dont have fold equity, so you have to decide if you are ahead or not. Also sizing is really bad to call.
Against regular players is another history and I flat with conected hands pretty much and play the board IP
