I'm currently rolled for around 5$ turbos and have observed that the rake is pretty high at pokerstars until the 7$ (4.1%, and 5.15% for 3.5$) level. I have been playing turbos and super turbos on iPoker the last moth with 75% RB and have been very happy with that, but I will not get more than 45% RB at titan next month. Therefore I am looking for a poker room with lower rake after rakeback and good action between 3$ and 10$ (a game every 2-6min ). I am able to play between 7am and 11pm CEST (European time).

The rakeback offers for video packs here seems like a very good deal because I probably will to buy the premium pack when I get to to the15$ level. Can I rake the 300$ over 2-3 months to get the premium pack.

The main sites I am thinking about are iPoker, Winning and pokerstars. Haven't checked out the current rake at Ongame, 888 and other rooms, but I am open to any suggestions.

Is pokerstars still the best option if I mostly play between 10am and 5pm?
I don't mind the fast structure at iPoker, but is 7% rake too high even with more than 45% RB at my stake and volume (200 games/week)?
Is the traffic very low even at the micros at Winning during the American night? I don't mind mixing in some hyper turbos to lower waiting time, but I have decided to start out with turbos as my main in the beginning game because of the high rake, to lower variance and I have more experience playing deep
