That is impossible. PT4 could only give you the percentage. It would not be able to measure what hands he 3bet shoves all in. Maybe he excludes his Top-Range? If he would 3bet shove 13% preflop at 25bb, you would not know what the 13% are.

I would be surprised if note-cady would define the exact range tbh. You would need a gigantic sample size for it to be reliable anyways. But maybe you ask again in the coffeehud thread.

Using the PT Equity calculator, type in what his 3b% is to see the range of hands he's theoretically 3b with (say 15%).

Then exclude the hands that you know that he's unlikely to 3Bshove with.

Then add a few more hands to the range to get you back to his 3b%.  You'll get a rough heat map of hands equivalent to his range.

You need a decent sample size of hands played against this villain to make the stat meaningful.
