Can you copy paste anything from PT4? There should be a text format for viewing a HH in PT4, if you can just copy and paste that into a .txt file (notepad or wordpad) and then attach that via email, that should work perfectly well for the coach.
Let me know if that works out or if you find another solution.
You can drill down through the reports to the hands then Ctrl+A to select them all and right-click > Export Hand Histories or just find the original hand histories from that session/day in the Processed folder via the File menu > Open User Data Folder.
