We don't have a black and white lowest level that we stake people for. We encourage you to apply via the email in the original post of the thread, then we can look at your situation and see if we're a mutual fit.

When we do the interview process with players, we go through their specific results and what type of offer we'd be willing to give based on their specific situation. If you email in and apply though, we'll definitely make sure to get back with you quickly and can take it from there. :-)
Although we don't have any plan to turn our main focus towards HU cash, similar to our opinion of working with US players or on sites other than Stars, we aren't putting it as a blunt "no". If you apply with us, we'll discuss your specific situation with you at that time.
