That depends only on your level in husng. With 90$ I would start from 2.25$ hypers there and play for a month just to get 500$ from leaderboard. And then switch to 5$ or 10$ hypers.
If you have a good game plan and know how to adjust to eff. stacks then it's more than enough. 100BIs rule is good and safe but def not for micro stakes.
