In seriousness, we are pretty much the oldest HUSNG staking program, and we've set the bar for most of the newer ones. That's not to brag, but the way we do things is far different from the average "I make a lot of money playing high stakes, so I'll stake some guys and make money" approach that you see throughout the poker world.

We judge individuals not only on their results, but on their ability to follow instructions throughout the interview process (the items that they submit, their ability to show up to meetings on time), as well as their reputation in the poker world.

This is why we recommend applying via the email and following through on the process. There is no bar of "with these stats, you're in, without, you are out." We've found that having guys that may be winners, but a huge pain to deal with, is a burden on the entire program and results in other players getting less quality attention. So we run a program of eager learning players, we provide them with all the latest and best software, coaching, video packs and more, support groups, skype study groups and a bankroll... everything they need along with motivation and a bit of talent to grow and do well.

But in order to evaluate all of this, the entire process really needs to happen, so it's not so simple as "you need a 2% ROI at the $7 games."

Hi, there are no official requirements. The program treats each person individually, and works to see if there is a mutual fit (one that works for both the player and the staking program).

It is not a problem if english is not your first language.

There are no fees. You can just send information to staking@husng.com and the management team will be in contact with you and find out if this is something that works for both sides.

Hi, I'm not sure I understand here. We are constantly accepting new players into the program, it has been that way since a few years ago when the program began. I saw just in the last week some new guys added to the staking program's individual chats.

I'm sorry, I thought you meant new players to our program (as in, are applications open for new players to the staking program, not new players to poker).

I didn't know you meant that you were brand new to poker. Brand new players often quit (a very high rate quit poker quickly and don't spend the time it takes to come anywhere near succeeding).

If you can prove that you are a dedicated poker player, I would suggest reapplying in a few months.

Edit: The most confusing part to me was the word "still" in "do you still accept new players." Because I don't believe we've ever taken any brand new to the poker game players, but we've always been open to new players in the program (new to our program), so that was a big part of why I thought you meant new to the program, not new to poker. Again, sorry about that.

The staking program provides the bankroll, that is one of the big advantages (along with coaching, a like minded group of motivated people and a very efficient management team).

All of your questions are actually handled on a case-by-case basis. Because of the difficulty with the US market, we are a little more strict with our application process for them than we would be for a site like Stars, but we definitely still tell people to apply. As for new players and breakeven players, although results and length of time in the game are obviously topics we focus on when deciding whether or not to work with a player, they are certainly not the entire picture. 

Your best bet is to definitely email us. That allows us to send over our questions that we ask all players that apply and then we can go from there.

Volume is on a case-by-case basis. Some players we work with have poker as their full time income and that is currently their main focus. Others may take it as a hobby to go along with a job, school, family, etc. We discuss each player's situation when they apply to work with us, but it's usually not an issue. With that in mind, if you are looking only only grind a few hours each week, that's a bit of an issue.

Although we normally work with players outside of the US as we like to have everyone on Stars, we still tell players to apply as we aren't at a spot where we are completely against the idea of working with someone in the US.
