I've been looking into finding an easier way of swapping hud's and I read on 2p2 that husng was working on a free basic swapping tool.
Post was dated from early october but I can't seem to find it yet on the website, so I'm wondering did I miss it or is it still in development?

Emailed you the switcher. We're testing it out right now. If anyone else wants to try it out, email membership@husng.com.
It currently only works for Stars, though it'll likely be modified very quickly to work anywhere PT4 works.
