CoffeeHUD and CoffeeSpins works with PT4 of HM2 on any site where HUDs will work for those programs.
For Party Poker, I haven't heard of any issues with HUDs there, but double check on the PokerTracker forums, that's where you'll see up to date error/bug reports.
