If you have a question go ahead and post it here, this thread is the right place for beginner's questions. In this thread you can post:- Hands with questions- General questions (opponent types, tilt, bankroll, stucture, psychological aspects, etc.) Please do not post bad beats, flames, insults and chat or other non strategy comments.
okay let me start this thread with this question what kind of motivation you use and when you use that source ?
Other players can be a great source of motivation.Whether another player asks me to look at a few hands, runs a theory by me or asks to rail them, by the time we're done it gets me into the playing mood.A good coaching session where a bunch of great example hands came up to teach some concepts to a student is also really motivating.Once in awhile there is a really good active discussion thread, that also helps motivate me.Otherwise, getting constant action at the tables is motivating. When you have to wait it gets more boring.
Known regs flameing me.Known regs declining rematches with me.Really gets me going. lol. =)
Hi.
Inspirational quotes work well for me befor the sessions :D "Great spirits have always encountered violent opposition from mediocre minds."Albert Einstein
Flaming is fine to me, but declining is tougher to deal with, because there really is nothing else to do but to carry on with your session.

What is a good BRM for Hyper Turbo HUSNG's? Should I have 100 BI's or more? How are the swings? :) Thank you for any answers :)
"Limit poker is a science, but no-limit is an art. In limit, you are shooting at a target. In no-limit, the target comes alive and shoots back at you." (Jack Strauss)
100 BI is what is the 'default'. The swings can be quite terrible. We have a tool here on the homepage, you can play with it a bit. ;)
