Thinking about the hand after, I should have 3bet pre, once I pot the flop (Horrible bet sizing, not sure why i didn't bet my usual 80-90 there) I think his either on over pair which I find unlikely as he just flats against someone showing interest in the pot. Could be on a draw something like Tx, or he's on top or middle pair, I think it's unlikely he's on bottom pair after calling my pot bet. After the board pairs & I pot again & he raises (meh, I'm such a donk! Not sure what was wrong with a bet of around 250) I can only really put him on TPTK, 9x or a made straight. After the board pairs again & he shoves I can only see him holding 9x but I've invested too much at this point not to call.

If you are unable to laydown

If you are unable to laydown AA postflop then always 3bet pre.

I disagree that your betsizing on flop is is horrible you have an overpair on a very draw heavy board.

On turn I would alternate between check calling and bet folding as far as turn bet sizing is concerned I would bet two thirds pot.

I Think villans range for rasing this turn is QT, 7T, trips a turned full house occasionally retardedly slow played jack or even more occasionally complete air and against this range you are toast so fold you still have more than enough chips behind to comeback from this hand.
