$100 HUSNG - Determining equity in this hand

This is a hand that I posted on 2p2. I don't need it analyzed at this point though feel free to discuss if you like. My questions are in regards to one of the replies. Here's the hand:

Poker Stars $110+$5 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t25/t50 Blinds - 2 players -

Hero (BTN/SB): t1925
BB: t1075

Pre Flop: (t75) Hero is BTN/SB with 4d 6c
Hero raises to t100, BB calls t50

Flop: (t200) 3d 6d 2c (2 players)
BB bets t50, Hero raises to t200, BB raises to t975 all in, Hero?

And here is one of the replies:

"You only need 36% equity and you have toppair on a drawy board...
this is the handrange with all made hands which have you beat, not including ANY draws:

Board: 6d 3d 2c
Dead:

equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 32.918% 27.79% 05.13% 45666 8431.50 { 6c4d }
Hand 1: 67.082% 61.95% 05.13% 101811 8431.50 { 66+, 33-22, A6s, K6s, Q6s, J6s, T6s, 96s, 86s, 76s, 62s+, 54s, 32s, A6o, K6o, Q6o, J6o, T6o, 96o, 86o, 76o, 62o+, 54o, 32o }

how can you not snap the shove?"

My questions are: How was it determined that I only need 36% equity? Also, why does that percentage warrant a call? And according to that stove output don't I only have 32.918%?

I'm pretty horrible when it comes to some of the math portions of the game. hah. Lots of situations I understand what to do because it somehow seems right to me, which often ends up being the correct play mathematically. However, I'd like to actually learn the math behind it now so I can fine tune things.

You need to call 775 chips

You need to call 775 chips to win a 2150 pot. 775 / 2150 = .36 = 36% you need to call. With 36% the call will be break even, if you are higher than 36% then you will be making money off of it and if you are lower than 36% you will be losing money.
The hand range described is one that only includes hands that have you beat. Realistically, the villain can have draws that you are ahead of. I think that the point he was trying to make is that if you include all of the draws that shove on this board then you will almost undoubtedly be above 36%.

 just gonna say, most draws

 just gonna say, most draws you're behind... this is a fold vs. most villains i think.
