If you're going to c/r then

If you're going to c/r then fold to a shove why not c/c and keep his range wider on the turn?
Especially when your kicker is a card he will  often barrel and the board is rainbow so your equity will be fairly static across the majority of the turn HvR equity distribution curve.

I think c/c flop is best without a bluffy NAI c/r image (in which case you would be c/r to induce).
Even then c/c is best in my opinion without a read that villain is a complete spewtard.
