2 overs + OESD facing polarised c/r range

Villain c/r range here is polarised between:

value - Jx

semibluffs / bluffs - FDs, gutshots

Actual hand he turns up with ironically is in both categories.

I jam over with my 2 overs + OESD.

But with position, I think flatting is an option too.

Which do you think has better expectation?

In this spot shoving seems

In this spot shoving seems better.
We have good equity vs all of opponents range including Jx and Fds. We have some fold equity as villian can reasonably have some air here he folds when we shove and we take the pot down without running it out.
We have to fold on the turn to a barrell on a spade or a blank, both of which villian is likely to fire given the previous action.
it's also likely the villian may shut down on an A K Q with his Jack type hands which we would want to extract value from.
Given all this 3 Bet shoving seems to be the best play.
