Why is shove > fold though? I

Why is shove > fold though?I don't see a lot of guys bet/fold better hands than your's here, so I would imagine call > shove here.If you haven't seen much aggression and/or haven't been cbetting 100%, I would say fold > call here, but otherwise I'm calling because it's a prime board to CR, flush draws missed and he's basically looking like Ax or air here a ton.

maybe its a situation of

maybe its a situation of overthinking the spot, and may only be a +ev move against certain players, but i put shove > fold bc of how strong my line looks (like nutish type hands).. orrr if hes trying to get value with K9/Q9/K6/Q6 type hands i can get him off them pretty easily...

If he has you beat here I

If he has you beat here I don't see you getting him off of it, shoving is just paying more when you're behind, the line you've taken isn't even going to scare him off a 9 which he is repping.  So this is coming down to how often he leads out on the river, given the turn was checked around he may be looking to take it down, without any read here, I think the guy has air enough to call but that's why it's tough to play without knowing much about the player, at least when you see his cards you can see what he's lead check leading with.  However I'd be betting the turn here really and if you get called or raised there then you have a lot better idea where you're at, a lot of players will c-bet and then check fold their air, and at this point you've at least got second pair and the river is almost always going to be an overcard and this will give him a chance to rep it and put you in the tough spot you're in ;)
