Jam pre as standard, flatting is OK if you have reads his opening range is tight. I'd check/raise flop given that he should really never fold Jx given how little you rep. On the river, it's really gross and you're rarely good, but calling isn't going to be a big mistake as he'll occasionally have some weird hands here.
