Without reads that villain

Without reads that villain will 4b jam a significantly wider range than he will call a 3b jam; 3b jamming AxQy will have better expectation than 3b NAI @ 25BB.

Vs villain's inelastic (not price sensitive) stack off range @ 25 BB [A, KQ, AA-22]
=> you will be getting all in as a 60/40 favourite in a much larger pot. Happy times :)
=> vs this range we assume villain will be 4b jamming over a NAI 3b so it makes no difference to your expectation whether you 3b NAI or 3b jam vs these holdings

Vs villain's elastic (price sensitive)  flatting NAI 3b in position range
=>You will be playing out of position with a stack to pot ratio in which on many board textures a cbet will be pot committing
For example in this case, you 3b NAI to 120 = 6.0 BB and the pot on the flop was 240 = 12.0 BB
You then cbet 0.5P = 6.0BB, leaving (25 - 6 - 6) = 13.0 BB behind.
If villain jams on you you're being layed 13 / (2 * 25) = 26% pot odds and are pretty much obliged to call with 2 overcards vs a range comprised mostly of 9x and draws.
Against his flop flatting range, well you're out of position with no idea how to play the turn and subsequently posting on a forum about it ;)
=> Villain will outflop you about 25% of the time and will be able to play extremely well times he outflops you vs such an overt 3b hand. Kinda strange that he floated you with K high because he doesn't even beat your 3b range which didn't connect with the board but hey we can't really complain about villain putting his money in as a 70/30 dog.
=> Essentially 3b NAI AxQy @ 25BB readless is laying your opponent extremely good implied odds to call you in position and play a two street game almost perfectly against you.

I think the turn decision is somewhat irrelevant because you should be 3b jamming preflop readless.
Note against spewtards, it is extremely profitable to 3b NAI and watch them 4b jam all sorts of trash over the top :)
