Not sure what you're asking, but you're in a 3bet pot with an overpair here.  I'd say it's a clear shove with no reads.  I'd also 3bet slightly larger pre(like 140)... but I don't think exactly 3x is bad.

Yeah without knowing anything about the guy he has top pair or a draw enough here, no brainer shove really.  The only time this is a fold is against someone you have a good enough read to know he's only doing this with 2 pair or better, you'd need his calling range to be about the same as leading the turn and having him getting the rest in unimproved, which isn't likely, you don't want to give him a chance to hit or fold here and need to make him pay more to see another card.
