I would not fold without

I would not fold without reads, because in my experience low stakes players slow play trips on such a board. I think I would call this bet. On the river I will call a smallish bet or bet for value if he checks. I think he has a lot of air, 3x or small pocket pair.

def. call.   river depending

def. call. river depending on betsize, but i dont think random dudes fire 3 barrels here with air. unless total maniac, in which case ofc call also.

I would call the turn here

I would call the turn here and usually the river as well. The average $1 villain just bluffs too much, and when they aren't bluffing they short themselves on value (for example, if they just shoved, you shouldn't fold) by using small bets or checking. At this point his hand looks like a jack or a bluff most of the time, and bluffs are plentiful from players at this level. If you have reads on your opponent that can change the situation.  Generally the looser and more aggressive your opponent has been in the first few hands, the more likely he is to often bluff these spots. But even tighter players can get caught bluffing here plenty.  For example, if you've seen your opponent take a passive line (slowplaying or calling) with very strong hands, you may find that their check raise line in this situation is a bluff nearly every time. It's of course situational when you bring in reads, so I'll stop there, but those are a few examples to think about.
