You have position, there's a lot of stack room to play and you're on the turn already, why not check?

At this point you're usually well ahead of his range where he has very few outs to improve and beat your hand on the river, or you're well behind him and need to hit your 3 out kicker to beat his hand (AK type stuff).

Flatting the turn also allows you to pick up a bluff from him on the river, all while protecting your stack from being reduced by stronger hands on the river.

If he checks the river you can still get value out of Qx type hands as well, so I think a turn call is the best play here.

Preflop is interesting.  I'd like you to think about what your plan is in these 3bet pots before deciding on your preflop action here.  A smaller sized 2.5x 3bet doesn't mean you should just auto call with Ax type hands, especially unsuited mid kicker Ax hands like this.  You don't want to call preflop with a "hit or fold" type strategy either, as that will be pretty unprofitable.  You're outkicked  sometimes when you do hit TP and when you don't you want to be able to take down some pots otherwise.  If you don't have a clear plan to profitably call down light in some situations (based on his timing, bet sizing in relation to the texture of the board) or to bluff on some missed boards, then calling is going to be the worst of your 3 options (fold, reraise or call).
