any advice against overaggro opponents?

Hi all, I'm playing on stars microstake ($1.50-$3.50). The last weeks looks like i've played only with hyperaggro maniac guys. I like play against aggro opponents but now im running badly. My adapt what i've learnt from the videos: I usually try to slow down the game, merge my limping and raising ranges and tighten them up, i try to controll the pot size and these things. It works against most aggro guys but at this time im playing against maniacs. They don't have fold button and no respect for any raising, 3betting... What else can i do when im card dead? Or in 3bet pots where I'm not hitting anything on flop and they attacking with overbets which is can be bluffs but can be any 2nd 3rd pair, draw or better, etc. where im far behind at that stage. I tried to attacking back on dry flops, stimes works but not against maniacs. Thanks any advice, Dan

Post a 10-15 hand HH against

Post a 10-15 hand HH against one of these guys in the situation you're talking about.  It may take a bit to find the right length, but if it's 30-50 hands nobody is going to really look at it I think (plus 10-15 hands is fine to analyze a few key hands in the match).A good rule of thumb: Against most aggros you not only need to be aware of building pots with weak hands and then playing passively on latter streets (because a laggy player calls early streets and raises early streets wide, then has a lot of weak hands at showdown they try to push you out of the pot with), but you also need to find spots where they are weak (again, latter streets often) and push them off those weak hands. Now, against crazier guys that really never fold, you can actually take that "tight, value" approach.  Often people take the tight value approach against laggy players they should not be playing so tight against, and that's when you run into trouble (folding too much all over the place).  Only tighten up a lot and play that nittier game against the craziest of maniacs (exceptions are in a very slow and deep structure, say 10 min reg speeds, no blind increases or deep stack husng games).

When I notice an opponent

When I notice an opponent plays crazy I immedietly stop trying to run huge bluffs, trying to win flop re-reraise wars etc. and just tighten up all my ranges. This works extremely well because your opponent usually does not adjust and now is being aggressive into a stronger range and will hang himself.
