I have developed software to automatically swap your HUD from 3-way to HU, all you need to do is set your username , HUD index (position of your hud in the menu) and your hand history path, the software will take care of everything else.

We've had a couple dozen players using this in the last week, please post any feedback or issues in this thread.
It should go without saying, but if something goes wrong and the software switches your HUD at the wrong time or anything unexpected, beyond working on fixing bugs the programmer isn't going to be responsible for it. This is free and open source software. It might be a good idea to drop down in stakes when testing this. It's new, and while we haven't heard of any major issues so far, users are responsible for any software they use while playing poker,
Downloaded and started using this and it work for a couple of days but now it doesnt work at all, doesnt swap me anything.
Weird, if you want me to take a look send me the log on skype at (xli...nkz) , added dots for anti-spam, remove them.
Fixed, forgot to mention that the PT4 icon needs to be completely inside the poker client window and in the top 200 pixels height wise (optimization I made to not always search the whole window as that might slow the system)

It possibly fixes a bug which crashed someone's system.
i did all the steps as described above, but absolutely nothing happend..
i use two monitors, before i started the swapper i closed pt4 and stars... the 2nd time i tried i opened the swapper after pt4 and stars were running...
my pt4 icon is inside and in the top,...
do i have to restart computer or something like that? before it works?

Pokerstars version shouldn't matter, restart is not required.

On PokerStars there are no more problems so whatever issues you may have are almost surely caused by wrong settings.

Because PT4 changes its icon photo in new versions the swapper might stop working when you update your PT4. I've updated it so that you can update the icon photo yourself.

Actually you need to use the icon from your Pokerstars HUD because apparently the hand replay has a different one,
So make sure you print screen while playing instead of how i print screened the replay window, the rest should stay the same. Also make sure you're not stretching the icon after you cut it.

Hi,
I just set up the HUD switcher but when I get HU and it switches all of a sudden everything starts lagging like crazy. I haven't seen anything like that before, the client becomes super choppy and unplayable but other than that everything works fine.
Have other people had issues like this before? If so, what could I do to solve this?

supersplitz, that sounds like an issue with your 2nd HUD. Do a custom cache rebuild and see if the HUD works better.
Better yet, before you do that, use your 2nd HUD (a HU HUD I assume) on a low stakes or play money HU game and see if the HUD lags alone.
I don't see how the program could introduce lag in the client, it does nothing more than click the icon
As for new features like winamax.fr suport, I'm sorry to say I have very little time right now as I'm going through a rough period, maybe in a month or two but can't promise much, this is why the program is open source, you can add features yourself or ask another programmer to do it or contract me to do it.

I watched video and cutted new PT4 icon photo for many times, but swapper still dont work. Could you tell me what problem could be? my problem was that I did the cut while playing not in the replayer. As I saw in your screen shot your path is pt4.exe, you need to choose the .jpg or .png file that you
created. Try that

Same happens here, no wonder why. I could write my name the very first time and set the browser HH path, now the very moment I open it, it crahes.
Are you planning to expand the auto HUD swapper to Party Poker?
Not at the moment, but it's free and open for any to update, you just need to share any changes you make with the public here.

I fix it by changing HUD index from 1 to 3, even that my HU HUD is on my first position.
I am not sure why that fix the problem but it fix it for me.

That happens when u choose wrong directory, meaning if you dont chose the folder handhistory/PlayerName. Close the program, find the directory u chose, archive it, delete it, open the program, chose some empty folder, extract the archived directory, chose the right folder.

I am playing on Winamax and just can't get it to work, it always says that it's unable to find the pt4 icon, I tried changing it ~10 times, still the same error. PT4 version: 4.14.26.
Can anyone who plays there can send me their pt4 icon or just say what version of pt4 they are using?

Edit: Had to switch the PT4 Hud icon position at the table and it founded it!
Using the program since april, Version 1.0.3
I didnt use it for 2month, since 3days i am playing Spins again (2tables) on 1screen.
Everything works fine, but there is one weird bug, when the Spin Table is on the right side of my screen, the HUD switcher works. If the Spin and go is on the left side of my screen, the HUD swticher doesnt work and it gives me these Error;

I am using Starshelper to organize my windows, maybe its a problem with that? Because when i manually organize the tables it switches (meaning i put the table from the left side of the screen, a little bit to the middle)....
