so is it just me or does everyone agree the players at the 20s are just as bad as the 10s or 5s?

I take it you had a read when you called his PF reraise? I don't really think calling it with K4s is that clever (or necessary) otherwise.

he was reraiseing wide and with position it seemed often profitable
If he's reraising 30%, you're a 40% dog against that range...and it obv gets worse if he was a little tighter. I'd still wait for a better hand tbh. Also, if he's aggro, you can expect him to cbet the flop. Unless you hit a flush (draw), you can't be all that happy even if you K hits...especially if he follows up on the turn. If he's a total maniac betting 2 streets with bottom pair, then this doesn't apply ofc ;)
If he's reraising a ton, I'd just 4bet for value with the top of my range, call with hands that play well post flop (QJ, T9, and suited connectors), and limp hands I wanna play without having to pay his reraise after my PFR. Obv you can mix this up a bit, and probably should at higher stakes, but def not at the $22s imo.

If you're flatting Kxs to a 3bet, I'm pretty sure you have MAJOR spew in 3bet pots. Without a plan for when I'm going to take a guy off his hand postflop, I'd fold 98s, A5s, not to mention Kxs. Definitely examine how often you're calling 3bets.

The aggressive nature of the flop play with bottom pair is also worth noting.
I see plenty of big winners call 3bets too light in spots like these, but you don't often see people bet/shove bottom pair without some sort of a read here, it's more often than not a recipe for disaster.
