The first thing that comes to mind is that most people won't allow themselves to lose 100 buyins in these. It can happen, even to winners.First, figure out how many buyins you can mentally handle losing. If it's under 40, don't go any further, STs are not for you (alternatively, if you insist on playing them, play lower, to where you can handle losing 40 buyins at times).I'd suggest having at least 50 buyins. But I'd also suggest starting out low and really practicing and watching videos until you're very sure (via results + ability to see edge in many spots) that you're a solid winner in these, then move up.While not every low stakes winner will be able to beat stakes 5x+ their level, I think it's likely that the learning curve for moving up in these is drastically reduced. It helps that many of the regular winners avoid anything resembling a winning player like the plague.
The short answer is "if you're winning money in the non long term, good job." Aside from making say $500 at the $100 level over 15,000 games, you really should not be too worried if you're winning money, the edges are small and from many very good players you can see long stretches of not only breakeven but of losing play. That said, shooting for the ROI that you mentioned, the 2%+ range, is a good bet. Always remember rakeback, it's very important. You could do very little above breakeven and still do fairly decent at some levels post rakeback.

Hi Ry - in addition to this question, what is a decent winrate for a winning player at Super Turbos? 2-3%?

Good point, didn't even think of the rakeback when posting the question. Thanks mate!
