Biggest Bumhunters of the $60-100s (First Half 2013)

Players With the Lowest % of Rematches

We kicked off our series with the most fearless regs at the $60-100s. We now look at the biggest bumhunters, as defined by having the least amount of rematches in their top ten most frequent opponents, as compared to their total amount of games. A full explanation of the criteria is listed on the qualifications page.

1. Svizec1 (2.9%) $64,559 Profit in 16,665 Games

Svizec1 clocks in at 2.9% of his total games being rematches against his ten most frequent opponents. It's hard to argue with his strategy, as he's more profitable through the first half of 2013 than anyone else on the fearless regs list. Said a higher stakes regular, "I honestly used to sit him a lot and had no idea how successful he was until I saw his sharkscope profit."

2. orest11 (3.5%) $55,035 Profit in 14,821 Games

Orest finished 2nd on our list, and also had an excellent start to the year, make almost $4 per game after rakeback.

3. Furkay (3.7%) $74,077 Profit in 17,037 Games

Furkay absolutely crushed it through the first half of 2013. One has to wonder if it has more to do with his opponents refusing to rematch and avoiding him, rather than him having much of a choice in the low remach %. A fellow reg adds weight to that explanation, "I have him marked as a good regular."

4. Devil_is_HU (3.8%) $14,899 Profit in 12,540 Games

Devil's most frequent opponent was Phoenix1307 (101).

4. Buriiy (3.8%) $68,238 Profit in 20,001 Games

Another great result through the first half of 2013, making it clear that our biggest bumhunters could be renamed to most profitable players (at least at this buyin level). Said one irritated reg, "He's up over 1k on me, but I'm positive in the EV."

Just Missed The List

LiveStrong90 (4%), xd0mme (4.6%) and Hilpe24 (4.6%) just missed the list.

Svizec1 had 65000$? I thought

Out of a few dozens of new

Out of a few dozens of new regs I sat there was just a few accepting ones. But even in that case i got about 100 games with 5 regs at least. And that fellow regs call u "a good regular" aka the biggest bumhunter. This is a shame, guys.

I think the description next

I think the description next to your name is quite a compliment. It's hard to take anything negative from this (it's why we show profit and quotes from fellow regs).

I bolded the positive stuff, and underlined the negative stuff (there was no negative stuff).

Being called a bum, that's

Being called a bum, that's what offensive. How can I take it positive :)? I doubt there's at least one decent 60-100s reg that can call me a bum.

Actually your opponents are

Actually your opponents are called "Bums". You are the admired brave "Hunter" of this creatures. And now continue your quest.

Yes, exactly that

Yes, exactly that Furkay!
It's the same thing as if you are called a Fishkiller, it means you kill fish.
Sometimes people take bumhunter in a negative light, as in "they never play any regs, so they are weak." But that's why we include total profit, and total profit of the "bumhunters" at this level has been quite a bit better on average than the "fearless regs."
