Carbon Poker

Hey guys,So I've been bouncing around from site to site hoping to find a permanent home. I've recently looked at Carbon Poker and was wanting to hear what some of you think about the site. Is it loaded with regs, or is there still money to be made? I consider myself to be a good player and would be looking to play the $30's and $50's. Any comments or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Carbon is on the Merge

Carbon is on the Merge network, so you play players from all over the network. It's probably the best US facing network option. Non US facing, and you start to see Ipoker, PokerStars, possibly Pacific and IPN as better choices for most players. We used to promote Carbon as our only Merge offer, but their support seemed really slow post black friday, both affiliate support and player support. There hasn't been any shady dealings or behavior from them that I'm aware of, unlike a few other Merge skins.I still think Black Chip is the place to be on Merge though. Their support has been awesome and they've consistently offered competitive deals compared to the other skins (equal or above most other skin offers). Merge is fairly even across the board with deals, and should be even more so in the future, so reputation and support will matter a bit more now when deciding which Merge skin to play on.In short, Carbon should be a fine choice, and if you're US facing, your only other choice is probably not to play at all. Action is decent in the $30s and $50s based on public player reports, but it'll be a far cry from the worldwide player pools of PokerStars in their heydey.
