Can someone please explain me the current situation on Stars.
Is there a 15$ hyper cartell? And is there a 30$ Turbo/Regspeed cartell?

There is no $15 Hyper division, divisions start at $30s for Hypers. Apparently there was a recently started $30 turbo division, at least according to a couple posters on 2p2.
Sharky is 100% allowed on Stars.
