I have purchased my CoffeeYay Hud and are currently in the 24 hours period in which it activiates, when will i know it is activated? Will i be sent an e-mail or will pokertacker 4 complete an update when i open the program???

An email is sent when it is activated (or when more info is needed). All the CoffeeHUD orders for the day should be up to date currently, so check the inbox if you haven't seen it yet (I just did one in the last 20 minutes that might've been yours).
