Even if I have 1chip and my opponent has 999 chips in a hyperturbo.So if the buy in is 6,85 $ + 15c rake, 1 chip has a value of 6,85 / 500 = 0,0137 $.So we are basicly playing cash game heads up. The only difference is that the blind levels change right?

Not exactly. Since it is and stays a winner takes all structure you cannot compare it directly with cash game - where you basically would have the option to leave anytime you wish.
