Nash lists Q4s as a push at <16.3bb. This is the fourth hand of 50/100. I have employed Cog's limping style until 25/50, when I started minraising somewhat frequently. I have not open-shoved yet this match. I don't believe my opponent will be calling overly wide to my shove, so I'm certain that the shove is pretty good. But is there something better? He's been calling a moderate amount to my minraises at 25/50. He limped the first hand at 50/100 and he bet the flop with T3 and we checked down J3245. In earlier blind levels, he made a couple of calls in limped pots with King and Queen high. He generally hasn't stabbed much OOP, mostly checking down weak hands. Also in limped pots IP three times (also OOP once) I checked flop, and bet turn and river and he folded.

I find that at 5$ games

I find that at 5$ games people don't shove over minraises nearly enough/or at all so i tend to minraise most hands (since people fold to these alott) and only apply nash at <10bb ish or if the oppenent is somewhat tricky/aggresive postflop at 10-20bb. (based on your reads the oppenent is neither (these two traits generally go together))this works best against oppenents who play fit or fold postflop when ES gets short.Your shove is +ev and possiblty max ev (though unlikely) but it risks alott of chips so it's unlikely to be max EG (expected growth), food for thought.

I guess the funny thing

I guess the funny thing is...(is it funny?) if the blinds were 25/50 11bb deep, I would probably be minraising this hand. At 50/100, it just seems pressing to win every pot immediately. But that's why I posted this hand...I thought there was probably a better line.I usually only use NASH now at <10bb as well, but as I said, 50/100 blinds make me go crazy!
