EV- but better than fold? Calling range OOP

I did calculations of bottom calling range against guy who shove 70% and 30% fold on BTN 4-10BB. My bottom range based on, this when we fold we lost 1BB, but when we call we lost less. Bottom calling range costs us ~~ -0.9BB, but not all. Sometimes -0.96BB sometimes -0.85BB. This is so so so wide. Its really correct? Should we take any less -1BB, even is this is -0.96BB? Or there is any reason to not do that? Can anyone help me with this?10BBAny A,K,QoJ6o+107o+98o+Any A,K,Q,Js104+96s+86s+76s+   9BBAny A,K,QoJ5o+T6o+97o+87o+Any A,K,Q,J,10s95s+85s+75s+65s+ 8BB Any A,K,J,QoJ2o+106o+96o+87o+Any A,K,J,Q,10s93s+84s+74s+64s+54s+  7BBAny A,K,Q,JoT2o+95o+85o+75o+65o+52s+43s+we folding only 42s 6BB0.345eqany suitedAny A,K,J,Q,10o93o+84o+74o+64o+54o+ 5BB call any two vs anybody4BB call any two vs anybody

If you are sure that he is

If you are sure that he is really shoving 70% you can call with hands that shows EV better than folding. But just becouse your HEM shows 70% doesn't actually means that he shoves that much (could be that you have to small sample). And doesn't really makes sense that someone shoves same percentage of hands with 10 and with 4 bbs
