I don't think you can. I

I don't think you can. I think what some people have done in the past is email FT and let them know, they may be able to let you get it. I have heard from some people that they have been able to get it and some that have said they couldn't.

Email Full Tilt.  The only

Email Full Tilt.  The only place that can possibly switch you to rakeback is rakebackpros, which I believe they created. If you signed up through an affiliate (even without rakeback, like with a bonus code for example) they probably won't ever set you up with rakeback, but it can't hurt to ask.

You cannot setup a 2nd

You cannot setup a 2nd account with rakeback, even if you closed the first one.If you never played and when you signed up it was not with any affiliate (there are plenty of non rakeback affiliates for FTP), you may have a chance.Outside of that, your best bet is to apply to their rakebackpros site.I don't believe there is any way around it within the site's terms and conditions.  People will talk about setting up another account in a relative's name and things like that, but just so you know FTP will close that account if they find out (I'm not sure if they take funds, I would guess not, but would not be surprised if they did in this event).

I emailed FT on my account

I emailed FT on my account like 2 months ago about RB and they replied back saying I could sign up with rakebackpros. This is probably because I did not sign up with an affiliate, but I don't remember since I opened my account some 7 or 8 years ago. But, I am now signed up with rakebackpros and have begun receiving weekly rakeback deposits, so it is possible.
