Hey maybe someone can help...

Im really not happy with this... I have a problem with over betting time and time again when only hands that will call are hands that beat me.

If I think myself through the though process after the match, I just see myself in a panic when my hand is about to possibly be beaten and I just spew.

Its retarded and I hope by posting this every time I do it I can overcome this problem.
