Batman is correct, PS chose to untag all players and to cease using affiliates when starting up FTP. The 1st quarter comment I think came from PS when they announced this, saying they may consider that.
We'll certainly promote them when they come back, they were always a strong brand and even with the very low %s they gave towards the end (3% to every affiliate) it was still a no brainer to offer.
I don't think FTP are starting their affiliate system until early next year (1st quarter sometime?)
