It's just 250 rake in most cases. Some poker rooms deduct deposit bonuses and cashouts and such from the MGR, but it's easier for us just to consider it rake paid, so it would be 250 in rake.Redbet might be a little softer, BetMost should have a little more traffic, particularly as you get to the next few levels above the $30s. But both rooms should be soft and have action at the $30s.Cashout depends on method. I haven't heard many complaint from non US players on sites like Stars, IPN or Ipoker, but hopefully a few others can weigh in as I cannot play on those sites so I'm not sure about cashout timeframe.
Cashouts on every IPoker skin I have played on are very fast. I cash out to MoneyBookers and I would say about 75% of the time its instant. When it isn't instant it takes about 12 hours.
