gutter vs aggro in 3b pot; am I giving micro villains too much credit in spots like this?

This hand came up about 7 hands into my match with this guy. I had acquired some useful reads up to this point and I want to discuss how those influenced my play in this hand and I'm curious if you think my reasoning is valid or if its off base.

Prior to this hand I played two hands that gave me reads.

Hand 1. I open Q5o 3x on 150bb he min 3b and I call. Flop was Q87r with 7s turn and he bet flop and turn 1/2 pot. River was 6o and he bet 2/3 pot. I called he had A4o.

So we know he likes to barrel. The fact that this hand went down influeced my decision in the hand this whole post is about.

Hand 2. He min 3b AQo, c/c 267s vs me and led a Ko turn half pot. I called with a 7 and it went ck/ck on river.

So thats the 2nd bluff he's shown down in 7 hands. He also bluffed half pot here too.

So here is the hand I was wondering about: (from a 3$ 4 man turbo husng)

Hero (BTN/SB): t2231.00 223.10 BBs

Pre Flop: (t15) Hero is BTN/SB with Js Th
Hero raises to t30.00, BB raises to t50.00, Hero calls t20

Flop: (t100) Kc 6s 9c (2 players)
BB bets t50.00, Hero calls t50

Turn: (t200) 9s (2 players)
BB bets t100.00, Hero folds

The reason I folded the turn ( and didn't bluff raise like I would if I thought he had an A4o type hand again) was that I believed he wouldn't be barrelling a stone bluff again a 3rd time when he showed down 2 fairly big bluffs in the first 7 hands. So I'm assuming he's able to adjust to his image a bit and it seemed like really stupid for him to be 2barrelling air here.

But then I started thinking "this is a 3$ BI sng. He could be tilting because of my calls. Maybe he's just monkey barreling again without thinking about what I think of him and the bluffs he's shown." So I just don't know. I think I sometimes give villains too much credit for being able to adjust. Do you think the thought process I used during the hand (assuming he wouldn't monkey bluff here cuz of the bluffs in he's been caught in) is solid thinking?

just from my experience you

just from my experience you are overcrediting the villan. First read I am taking from his min3b with A4o is this not a much of a thinking player. Therefore I dont thing he would just stop doing stupid bluffs becouse it didnt work twice in 7 hands. Most micro villans just play their " strategy" and most likely will blame ou for being bad player when you call them than adjust somehow. They just dont get what makes sence to do and why. + being this deep you have so much room to operate in the hand, you can, float,  bluff raise and whats more even your pair outs could be good aginst his total bluffing range.
