I think you've been taken care of now, but just to note, it takes up to 12 hours or so to get your key because the orders are fulfilled manually by our webmaster.
He's usually on call about 3 hours prior to my post for about 12-14 hours per day, so there's a 8-12 hour gap during the time he is sleeping (basically, if you order between 10am and 8pm European time, you'll probably receive your key between 9pm and 9am European time).
