So i started from january to take it a bit more serious pokerwise playing 15's...and managed to make from 100 dolars a roll of 1.5 k in january but this monthis its just......old story...bad beats and shets......I've spoken with Eliot and he told me that i sould wach the game from the longrun perspective....but how can u win when i manage to get it in good 70-80% of the time.......i win with regs way more than i win with a fish.......i'm not tilting that bad but i don't know what in the world to do and get out of this mess......if someone has some sugestion please let me know....i've tried it all after losing 3 bi stop take breack come back .....still same after losing 10 bi stop come back next day........same.........its fking killing me......and im studying way harder than before..every hand its reviewed and i make more mistakes in the one that i win not in the ones that i lose.....So if someone has some tips to give or i don't know anything just lt me know .Thanks.I don't know how to upload the graph ...... :))
Realize how big variance in HU Poker really is. Work it out.

and the first thing you do is entering your winrate and simulatnig 10'000 games. Since you are a winning player the line will go straight up...with some, little, really tiny variations in it....and then you simulate with 1000 games and see how much bigger those tiny variations now look and then you simulate it with 100 games and see how big the difference in the short run is and how big those variations are and then....you click the simulate buttons with 100 games 20 times and hopefully realize how big variation in the SHORT run is.
There is NO possibility to reduce your shot run variation...but always remember; it goes both ways. There are times you are really really lucky and there are times, you are really really unlucky. Eventually, all you can do is play your best poker and learn to live with it.

First of all thanks for reminding me....its sick that everyone tells me same thing...to look at it from the longrun perspective but im just workin' on it so take me easy :))
,but now i think i've passed the downswing and i'm looking at the hands and at graphs and all those and i realize that even though it was hard as hell i managed to play good poker,winning poker because my EV is where it sould be at 600 + so now when i look at it it seems like ok..... especialy that i managed to lose only 20 BI wich its quite amazing.....there were times when i would lose 50-100 BI .But i was like ok so in order to see it as a longrun i decided to call off the day (its just another bad day),get out with friends and just let it all go...its past ,its DONE and it actualy worked so good.....i began again today and i'm rolling good . So this is a bit harder for me to see it as a longterm but i'll plant it in my head somehow :)):D .Anyway thanks for help man :) ,I apreciate .
